The atmosphere is incredibly cozy with antiques everywhere, making it a delightful and unique stay.
The inconsistency with hot water in the shower can be quite frustrating, as it fluctuates between hot and cold.

The staff at the hotel were attentive and committed to ensuring a pleasant stay.
I encountered several issues during my stay that left me disappointed. The walls were thin, allowing every sound from the outside to interrupt my peace. Additionally, the shower fluctuated between ice-cold and lukewarm temperatures, making it quite uncomfortable. It felt frustrating to have to deal with these inconveniences during what was meant to be a relaxing trip.

Thin walls allow noise to travel too easily!!! The air conditioning struggles to cool the room effectively and the inconsistent shower temperature is quite annoying!!! Come on, consistency is key!!!

Recommend it for groups
Nice place surrounded by plants and the atmosphere is quite cozy. , The breakfast included was simple, but good enough to start the day with, eggs and toast hit the spot.
Could say it wasn't cheap,, but for what you get, it's still reasonable.

The staff at Gap's House Hotel were incredibly attentive and committed to ensuring a pleasant stay, which made us feel truly welcomed.
Unfortunately, the shower water temperature remained tepid throughout our stay, which was quite uncomfortable, especially in the mornings.

The garden at Gap's House feels like a tropical paradise, beautiful and relaxing with wooden statues nestled among the greenery. My room was spacious, equipped with air conditioning and a comfortable queen bed. I appreciated the daily cleaning service and the basic breakfast of eggs, toast, and coffee. However, I faced several issues. The room lights were poorly checked. one light was blocked by a wardrobe, and it took two days for repairs. Also, the staff lacked attentiveness. I had to remind them each day for the two bottles of water supposed to be provided. When I checked out, a young man asked for payment for water after my stay, which felt unnecessary. The noise level was another concern. sound traveled easily, making it hard to sleep at times. Still, the location was excellent, with nearby temples and many dining options.

It was just a good match for a relaxing holiday in Chiang Mai, great value for the money. I appreciated the friendly service from the breakfast ladies who made everything fresh to order. Be aware and check your belongings, as some had issues with missing money.
